So I'm on my 4th or 5th stick of this stuff, its the only foundation I have ever bought more than once. I keep buying more expensive things like MUFE, MAC, and Lancome but I keep returning them and going back to my pan stik. I have acne prone skin and this has never caused me to break out. Its creamy, easy to blend, lasts all day and always looks fresh. I started wearing it when I lived in humid Louisiana and my skin looked radiant, now that I have moved to the desert that is Las Vegas....my skin still looks radiant! I really love this stuff. HTH!!
I only just discovered Max Factor nail polish, but I think it may be
discontinued. I bought this at Dollar Tree(packaged in bottles of two),
and haven't seen it in regular stores. This is the best polish I have
used. It lasts longer than my OPI polish. I can use it on my nails, and
even after a week still no chips. I use this with my Orly rubberized
base coat and Sally Hansen 10 day no chip quick dry top coat. This shade is an extremely deep red. Almost a black red. When the light shines on it, you can see very small specks of glitter. It's really quite pretty. It has a high shine to
it. I would say it spreads a tad thinner than my OPI polish, but I
actually prefer that. I like the shape of the bottle and brush handle.
It's quite comfortable to hold onto and use.I love this stuff and would highly recommend it to others.
Pros:Doesn't chip for quite a long time, spreads evenly Cons:Discontinued

it. I would say it spreads a tad thinner than my OPI polish, but I

is a deep reddish brown(more towards being brown), not burgundy like it looks in the bottle. It's a very lovely fall color. It's slightly metallic, and has a high shine to

I tried this after using Loreal True Match for quite a while. I decided to change because although the Loreal foundation was the right colour, it just had no staying power.
Miracle Touch was a bit more expensive than what I'd usually buy (yes, I'm poor. I work at McDonalds!!!) and I found that it was just the tiniest eensiest bit darker than my skin (not noticeable though, just to me because I'm an obsessive weirdo).
It stays on all day, even through sweaty oily shifts at Maccas (gross, I know). It is really easy to apply and you only have to use a little bit.
I have found that if you use a foundation brush, instead of the sponge it comes with you can make it last for longer! (yay!)
It's probably more for those who like a slightly heavier coverage, it cover blemishes and redness well. If I use it, I don't really have to use concealer.
So overall, it's a pretty good product and I'd buy it again. The only thing I could think of to say, is that perhaps Max Factor should look into making more shades (both lighter and darker).
Pros:It provides an even coverage, says on for ages. Covers blemishes well. Cons:It doesn't come in a lighter shade (that I know of). For $37 you don't get that much.
I purchased this mascara in 'Black' and let me just say that it's love. This little beauty gives me volume, length, defination, separation and helps to curl my lashes and holds the curl. It can be applied in several coats and no clump. I don't seem to get any smudging from it either.
Pros:Gives volume, length, defination, serpation and curl Cons:None that I can think of
This mascara is awful. It has the plastic brush which is alright but the mascara still clumped. It kinda made my lashes thicker but it wasn't impressive. It is a very wet formula and it smeared everywhere. Then once it dried it flaked everywhere and the clumping was horrible. After a week of fighting with the crap it is getting chucked into the bin. I usually like Max Factor mascara but not this stuff.
This a good mascara overall. It does lengthen quite a bit and seperates just like it says, unfortuanately that's it it doesn't thicken very much, but it isn't a thickening mascara so I won't take a stay. It also dries up very quickly.
Pros:lengthens and seperates Cons:no thickening and dries up fast
This foundation promises to make you five years younger..I am only 25,but hope to look 20..well,I dont know how this looks on more mature skin, but it looks very natural and moisturizes your skin.It has pretty much shimmer in it,and its thin and easy to apply, also it smells a little too much, but the fragrance is pleasant, like expensive perume. Its medium covering, and looks very natural, but dont think it makes you especially younger looking? On the negative side, its pretty easy to finish the 30 ml bottle
I just purchased this foundation, and I love it,I like max factor foundations, since they match my skintone, and other brands are often too yellow, pinikish,my skintone is quite neutral and pale, with some pink that i like to cover.
This foundation is covering but if you apply sparingly,it looks very natural, and you can use it just on problem aeras as a concealer, and it stills blends with the rest of the face.I use it all over, and it covers, but it still looks great, and its light on the skin.
This is the best foundation i ever tried, especially if you want something covering, still not as thick and covering as max factors lasting performance..I recommand it for all skin types and all ages
I like a compact foundation for convenience, and this one's nice. It's a thick creme formula that dries to a soft, non-greasy finish and lasts all day, at least on my normal / combination skin.
The compact it comes in is nice and robust, with a little sponge and a big mirror, and is quite elegant in gold. The product blends well and provides medium to full buildable coverage. It's comfortable to wear (I've worn it to work then out afterwards) and hasn't made my skin react in any way.
The shade looks a little odd on the compact but blends into my skin perfectly when actually on my face. I'd say test it before buying, but that's always best with foundation anyway. It comes in 10 shades from Porcelain, which is pretty pale and pink-toned and a good summer colour for me, to quite deep brown shades for dark skin tones.
Pros:Great compact, wears well Cons:Not the cheapest, like all creme formulas this may too rich for greasy skin
The make of the mascara sometimes help me judge the brand....
Masterpiece mascara is one on the best ones because
- Its voted as the best mascara of the year in Europe
- The brush is unique,it goes into the nooks and corners of your eyes and coats even the tiniest of the lashes.
- Adds on subtle volume but a great colour and lengthens, curls and seperates each lash effectively
- The formula is easy to apply, doesn't smudge, does not give a "dried" out feel to the lashes but keeps the lashes supple
- Though it does it all,the best thing is its cost-effectiveness,it doesn't make a hole in your pocket the way other mascaras do {for eg.Lancome Cils Pro,Giorgio Armani mascara,Chanel Inimitable, Dior Blackout and Lancome Fatale}
Max Factor since the beginning of the twentieth century is known for its innovative products and Mr.Max Faktor himself has been a pioneer in faux lashes, foundations, blushes and lipsticks. To add more to his contribution,he coined the term "make-up".
With so many qualities and the history behind the brand,I give this mascara a 5-star rating.
A small note for girls with small lashes.......the best way to add volume to your lashes is to apply a mascara primer, wait for 30 seconds and then apply the mascara.Though many brands promise volume only some of them mean itl.
Pros:Great mascara,Great brush and a great formulation Cons:The packaging might look a little tacky sometimes.
This is a great liquid liner for people who don't think they're any good at using liquid liner. It's a felt-tip pen rather than a pot and brush, but gives just as sharp an effect and is much easier to use.
It's inexpensive, and it stays on pretty well while still being easy to remove, although it's not waterproof.
The only downside I can think of is that it only comes in two colours. I do have more traditional liquid liners in various shades and love to use them, but I find myself reaching for this again and again. This would be great for someone wanting to try the classic cat eye without the hassle of learning to use a fine brush!
Pros:Inexpensive, easy to use Cons:Limited range of shades
I had been using Cover Girl Volume Exact but when I ran out I decided to try this. Lash Lift creates the most lush lases than any D/S mascara I've tried thus far. It really lifts lashes and makes your eyes more open. It also lengthens and add volume without clumping. I like this in the rich black.
Pros:Gives beautiful, dramatic lashes without clumping. Cons:Dries out within a month, but it is so cheap I don't mind replacing.
as far as super black mascara, i like this better than the new Diorshow Blackout. as far as formulation goes, i do not like it as much as Diorshow Unlimited, which is still the best mascara i have ever used and used on others.
but it was 6.99, which goes on sale like every week at one of the many drugstores/volume stores around me. i here it comes in waterproof, but it wasnt available at the time i bought. will check that out, because i would rather have a waterproof mascara when summer hits.
i like to bend my wand at the brush head, because it gives way better control, and you cant do that with this brush. the formula is creamy, not clumpy, and you can put on multiple coats but it just doesnt produce the volume i wanted, nor did it lengthen that well for me either.
it's a good drugstore item though, so i will probably keep it in my collection when the money runs short.
Pros:very black in color, love that. Cons:not so sure if the brush is all that innovative
